More than 40 top chefs from the European Chef Elite Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE) leave their restaurants for one evening to come here and surprise the guests with a creative 5-course menu. The top chefs of the international scene come from Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Slovenia. Who cooks where is decided by lot and remains the big surprise until the first courses! Thus, JRE Andreas Herbst will exchange his place in our kitchen with a well-known colleague. In the exclusive setting of a gala dinner, a 5-course menu including aperitif, wine accompaniment, water and coffee is served.
