Top chef Thomas Gruber from Carinthia, who cooks in the restaurant Schlossstern and Seespitz in the Falkensteiner Schlosshotel Velden, and Andreas Herbst, Executive Chef of the Riederalm, duel together to create a top-class menu. The two receive 3 local recipes from each other, which are then reinterpreted by the chef. That means Andreas receives three typical Carinthian recipes from Thomas and creates dishes with Pinzgauer nuances and vice versa.
