More than 25 top chefs of the European Jeunes Restaurateurs swap restaurants for one evening and surprise their guests with a creative 5-course menu. Who cooks in which restaurant will be decided by drawing lots and is a surprise until the first course! JRE Andreas Herbst will swap his position in the kitchen with another prestigious colleague. As part of an exclusive gala dinner a 5 course menu incl. aperitif, wine pairing, water and coffee will be served.
