... and this is right at your door step. Out of the door and into pure biking fun is what the Epic Bike Park Leogang and Austria's largest bike region Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn are all about. The Leogang Bike Park is one of the most renowned bike parks in Europe and this summer it celebrates its 20th birthday. There are many things to look forward to, because Saalfelden Leogang and the bike park Leogang invested more than one million euros in the last two years and were thus able to expand the bike offer considerably. In 2020, the Riders Playground, a 10,000 m² exercise area, has been expanded with numerous new attractions, the Hot Shots fired by GoPro has been converted into a massive jumpline and the 5,000 m² asphalted World Champs Pumptrack with Jump and Dirtline has become a real 'get together' place with fun factor. No one gets bored here!

New Downhill Line - Vali's Hölle
In October 2020, the UCI Mountain Bike Downhill and Cross-Country World Championships were held for the second time at the Bikepark Leogang. A new, untouched and technically demanding section caused a lot of excitement during the Downhill race and has thus entered the history books. Starting this summer, after the Out of Bounds Festival in June, this section is available as a sseparate downhill line for shredding. Just turn left before the 100% Wallride on the Speedster and Flying Gangster and enter the forest.

Update Hot Shots fired by GoPro
The Hot Shots fired by GoPro was completely converted into a massive jumpline in summer 2020. In 2021, the Hot Shots will be given an extra upgrade. The entrance is moved directly to the mountain station. This makes the line about 125 metres longer, so even more airtime and even more action! Please do not forget: The Hot Shots fired by GoPro is not a route for rookies and not to be underestimated - here skills and experience are in demand!

Reshape Hangman I
In autumn 2020, the Hangman I received a complete reshape for even more driving fun.

Reshape Hangman II
The Hangman II will be renewed in spring 2021 and rebuilt on certain sections. The line is optimized and the line gets more flat and simple jumps for all skill levels. Let the fun begin!

Reshape Flow Link
In autumn 2020, the Flow Link received a reshape. Various jumps have been optimized. Depending on the line chosen, this freeride line can be used for all skill levels.

GoPro Bagjump Landing Bag
The Bagjump is an integral part of the bike park and is often used for training. But now in 2021 it gets an upgrade: A new 15-metre-long landing bag, adapted to the landing angle, now provides even more fun and safety.

Conversion Lumberjack/ Bikemovie
Perfect drops, nice round lines and a wallride the size of a cinema screen. Anyone who wants to can be filmed while driving and watch the video directly at the skiline terminal at the valley station of the Asitzbahn mountain lift or online and share it with friends.

Keep the Epic Bikepark clean
Biking enjoyment also includes respectful treatment of nature. The motto is therefore: 'Keep the Epic Bikepark clean'. Tear-off systems are therefore not permitted. As a goodie there is a replacement film for a roll-off system and a 10% voucher for Sport Mitterer sports shop for 100% roll-off goggles when buying a ticket in rainy weather.

Knappentrail in Saalfelden Leogang
Get ready for the Knappentrail! The entrance and exit is shared with the well-known Schwarzleo trail, otherwise it winds down the slope on its own. Like its peers, the Schwarzleo, Forsthof and Matzalm Trail, the Knappentrail is a natural trail. This means that no heavy equipment is used in the construction and only natural elements are used. So, pure manual labour.

Out of Bounds Festival

The fact that well-known events regularly take place in Saalfelden Leogang and well-known bike professionals crowd is no secret for a long time. This year, two UCI Mountainbike World Cups will be held: From 11 to 13 June 2021, the mountain bike elite in the Epic Bikepark Leogang will fight for important points in the Downhill and Cross Country disciplines in the MTB World Cup. But that's not all: The weekend from 10 to 12 September 2021 is once again under the spotlight of the Continental BIKE Festival Saalfelden Leogang, where you can already test the products for 2022.
