We are particularly proud of our many core employees who have been working at the Riederalm for many years. With our food line ‘The Epic Slow Food’ we set new standards in regional cuisine. JRE Andreas Herbst and his young kitchen team have set themselves the task of constantly developing this kitchen philosophy. As a team (service & kitchen) we stand for the highest level of enjoyment and culinary delights.

Your tasks

Setting up, checking and dismantling the breakfast buffet
& setting up the alpine afternoon snack
Friendly and respectful interaction with our guests
Compliance with quality & hygiene standards
Preparation of various dishes at our front cooking station
