To fix your booking, we ask for a written confirmation. We inform you written about the amount of the desposit and our reservation policy.

The bill can be payed cash, by debit card, bank transfer prior arrival or by VISA or Mastercard.

Reservations just get fixed after a written confirmation. After a booking (accommodation contract) the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions get effective. If prices deviate in the confirmation of reservation, always the quoted prices according the price list are valid. We also request you to confirm the reservation written and to do a deposit.

Sounds uncomfortable and is uncomfortable! We offer a obliging solution:
Cancellations are only written valid!

• Cancellations up to 3 months prior your arrival are free of charge.
• Cancellations from 3 months up to 1 month are charged with 40% of the cost of the booking
• Cancellations from 1 month up to 1 week prior  to your arrival are charged with 70% of the cost of the booking
• Cancellations within the last week before you arrive are charged with 90%
• If the ordered space is not used, 90% of the total price will be required
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the total tour price is required

The rooms are ready the latest from 3.00 p.m. If you arrive later then 6.30 p.m., we ask for phone message.

On departure we ask you to vacate the room until 10.30 a.m.

When booking our guests can choose between different room categories. Reserving certain room numbers or floors is available only on request and ist not promised (we always try to fulfill desires).

Packages can only be booked in advance and for a specified period of time. Services that were not used, will not be refunded.

Our prices are per person and day. Upon publication of the current price list, erstwhile lists will loose their validity. Prices and misprints are subject to change without notice. All prices, offers and information are not binding, it is not possible to derive legal claims.

If you only book bed & breakfast it costs € 8,- less per person and day. The breakfast buffet and the use of our wellness area is included.

A single room supplement is, depending on the season, between € 31.00 - € 37.00 per day; it is dependent upon availability and only in specific room categories.

Dogs are welcomed after a prior reservation, but keep in mind that they are not allowed in the wellness-, pool-, playground and buffet area – you can not book all room categories when you bring a pet. Cleaning fee for dogs up to 10 kg € 22,00 per dog and day (without food) and dogs from 10 kg € 26,00 per dog and day (without food).
