JRE Andreas Herbst and his young Good Life Kitchen Team stand for passion, diversity, and attention to detail—earning multiple prestigious awards, including a Michelin Star, a Green Michelin Star, and 4 Gault & Millau toques. Our region and environment is very important to us. We take great pride in sourcing the majority of our ingredients from Leogang and local area, making us a true pioneer in sustainable gastronomy.

Your tasks

  • The organization and structuring of your workstation, as well as the independent preparation of our dishes.
  • You are passionate about working in the kitchen and have a strong interest in incorporating regional variety into our dishes.
  • With your expertise and enthusiasm for unique cuisine, you bring a vibrant variety to our dishes.
  • You take responsibility for your assigned kitchen station.
  • Supporting your colleagues and other kitchen stations, as our team thrives on mutual support.
  • Preparation of cold appetizers and much more.
  • Adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
