Please have a look at the hotel review sites on the Internet and read about our services. Our hotel is one of the best valueted hotels in our region. We always do our best to improve our services and fulfill the wishes of our guests. We, family Herbst, and our Good Life team are hosts with passion.
We are very proud of the excellent reviews and all the recommendations and we would like to say a big THANK YOU to our guests. We would also like to thank our fantastic team for the warmth, competence and joy with which they do their work in our Good Life Resort Riederalm.
Travellers' Choice Award 2021
Thanks to the many positive reviews, which have made us so happy, we have reached the much wanted "Travellers' Choice" - TripAdvisor-Award for the fifth time in a row.
Holidaycheck Award 2020
The entire Good Life team has worked incredibly hard and so we were able to reach the much wanted HolidayCheck-Award 2016!
The Riederalm is highly recommended, the food can't be topped, the room is large and very stylishly furnished and very clean. The wellness area is highly recommended, especially the heated outdoor pool makes swimming in the morning a special experience before heading to the breakfast buffet, which leaves nothing to be desired. I particularly like the regional products. This hotel can only be recommended. We will definitely be back.
Best Quality Award
The "Best Quality Award" is presented annually to our Leading Spa Resorts. The award is given to hotels that stand out for quality, customer satisfaction and top ratings on various portals (Holidaycheck, Tripadvisor etc. ). The hotels that have received the Best Quality Award are also nominated for the large online voting for the Leading Spa Award. This voting goes online in February and ends in October. The winning hotel can expect prizes in the equivalent of € 15,000. -.
In addition to the top location directly on the slopes, the hotel convinces with extraordinarily good (hotel) food (we didn't try the gourmet restaurant, but it is certainly even better) and a top wellness area for adults and children. Especially the children found the slide with timing "very cool". The staff are very friendly and helpful.
MTB-hotels Award 2021
Our bike hotel Good Life Resort die Riederalm ****S has been awarded with the MTB-hotels.info Award 2021 and is one of the 50 best hotels for mountain biking holidays.
MTB-Hotels.info evaluates the equipment, service and guest opinions of all bike hotels on MTB-hotels.info in detail. On the one hand, equipment features for bikers such as a bike wash area, a service station or a storage room for bikes are evaluated, on the other hand services such as personal tour advice or a certified MTB guide at the hotel are evaluated.
In addition, the guest ratings of each hotel are analysed from the three major rating portals Google, TripAdvisor and HolidayCheck. Guest experiences on www.MTB-hotels.info are also included in the calculation.
