Our favourite places in spring

Spring in our holiday region Saalfelden Leogang is very diverse and offers varied activities for all ages. In spring, the season that comes after winter and before summer, we can enjoy even more outdoor activities and attractions Whether it's firn snow skiing in spring, when the sun is already shining quite strongly from the sky, or mountain biking on already snow-free paths, whose routes lead through the beautiful valleys, where the first flowers slowly sprout from the ground. On a hike to huts at a lower altitude, you can smell the sweet scents of the colourful flowers and the smell of the woods awakening from winter. At the Good Life Resort Riederalm you will experience an unforgettable family holiday that guarantees relaxation and action.

Thomas, the son of the house, also likes to go on a ski tour in the mountains in the morning. In the afternoon, he enjoys spending time at the Leogang Bike Park, located right next to the hotel. Here you will become an adrenaline junkie! Usually it is possible in the spring to ride a few trails from the middle station to the valley station to refresh your skills and to start again after the long winter break. After about a half-year break, it is good to practise at the Riders Playground, the exercise bike park for beginners and children, before trying the large, more demanding routes.

...Laurenz, the son of Andrea and Andreas, who after completing his homework assignments can hardly wait to train at the Riders Playground, which is located right next to our hotel Riederalm, in order to be able to compete with his uncle Thomas.

LEOGANG BIKE PARK

... Juliana is an enthusiastic gymnast and is constantly in motion in her free time.
The bundle of energy jumps for hours on the trampoline and tries its latest tricks, such as back handsprings, somersaults or roundoffs.

In the pump track, which is also right next to the Riederalm, our little Frida loves to ride the waves with her balance bike. With the help of her dad Andreas, she is already a small bicycle professional at the age of three.

... enjoys a nice morning ski tour through the firn snow with her husband and junior manager Andreas, so that they can dedicate their time in the afternoon to their children. In the afternoon, the family enjoys spending quality time on a joint trip into the wonderful nature.

They like to hike up to the Riedlalm alpine hut in Leogang, which is an ideal spring tour for the afternoon, since the sun has already melted the snow in this area. Leogang has so many facets - on the 'shadow side' of the Asitz there is snow until early summer, but on the 'sunny side', the side of the Leoganger Steinberge mountains, you can already go on lovely hikes in the lower regions.

... every now and then the family members meet on the sun terrace, sit together and talk about their exciting day. The children enjoy a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and the adults a glass of good wine, and everyone tells about their day. Afterwards, there is relaxation pure in the huge wellness area of the Riederalm - whether it's a sauna session or simply relaxing in the pool.
