Our renowned 4-star Superior Hotel Riederalm in the heart of the picturesque mountain landscape, known for its excellent service and hospitality, is looking for a dedicated receptionist and reservation assistant (both front and back office) to reinforce our team. Our hotel offers guests an incomparable experience with quality amenities, exquisite cuisine and direct access to the best leisure activities in the region. As a receptionist you are the face of the hotel and the first point of contact for our guests. Your main task is to make an excellent first impression by providing excellent customer service and helping to make our guests' stay unforgettable.

Your tasks
- High-quality guest care is very important to you
- You are responsible for check-in, check-out as well as for the holiday wishes of our guests in advance and on site (massage dates, birthday greetings, various extras,. . . )
- You are happy to communicate, whether on-site with our guests or by phone
- Writing texts, writing e-mails correctly and editing various documents (morning mail, evening menu, weekly program,. . ) makes you a lot of fun
- Providing information about the hotel and its surroundings
- Coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operation and excellent service
- Carrying out general administrative tasks
- You master ailments skillfully with your sympathetic manner and friendly nature
- In the back office you will support our team with the preparation of offers, reservations and all correspondence
What you bring with you
- Strong communication skills
- Independent, conscientious and precise work
- Experience at the reception
- Perfect knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Safe handling of hotel software programs
- Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry
