The top-notch gourmet event
More than 40 top chefs from the European Chef Elite Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE) exchange their restaurants for an evening and surprise the guests with a creative 5-course menu. Who cooks where is decided by lot and remains the big surprise until the first courses! Thus, JRE Andreas Herbst will exchange his place in our kitchen with a well-known colleague. In the exclusive setting of a gala dinner, a 5-course menu including aperitif, wine accompaniment, water and coffee is served.
Be curious to see what cuisine Andreas Herbst will find and who will pamper us with his cooking skills at the Riederalm.
Enjoy the 'Chef's Roulette' including a overnight stay, Alpine buffet in the afternoon, our regional gourmet breakfast buffet the next morning and use of our spa area.
