To celebrate our 35-year anniversary, we invite you to an unforgettable evening where top chefs Andreas Herbst from Riederalm and Josef Steffner from Mesnerhaus Mauterndorf will create a unique six-course menu. Following the theme "From Pinzgau Beef to Lungau Eachtling", this gourmet evening combines the best of regional cuisine with creative star-level gastronomy. The menu will be accompanied by exquisite wines from renowned winemaker Viktor Fischer, who pours his passion for the craft of winemaking into every drop.

Winemaker Viktor Fischer, known as the "Bionier" of Traisental, has been passionately running his organic winery in Wagram ob der Traisen since 2019, driven by innovation and dedication. His wines have been organically produced since 2009, shaped by sustainable farming and modern vinification techniques.
With classics like Grüner Veltliner and creative new interpretations, Viktor Fischer delights wine enthusiasts far beyond Austria’s borders. He was awarded 3 grapes by Gault&Millau. Gault&Millau names organic winemaker Viktor Fischer ‘Discovery of the Year 2021’.
