At various food stations, you’ll find high-quality regional specialties, live cooking over the open fire, the chance to meet the producers in person, and our new Leoganger Märzen beer as a welcome drink.

6:00 p.m. Welcoming on the terrace
Let’s kick off a delightful evening together and toast the celebration with our new Good Life Märzen beer, brewed with Leogang grain.

Next: All You Can Eat from our culinary stations
Look forward to a variety of culinary stations on the terrace. These will be continuously replenished and expanded throughout the evening, offering a total of 12 unique dishes to sample. (Details to follow)

In addition, some of our long-standing partners and producers will be there in person. Take this opportunity to meet the people behind the products and get a glimpse behind the scenes at the Riederalm Culinary Workshop.

As a hotel guest, participation in the barbecue is included for you. However, you must register by August 26, 2026, at the latest.
If you do not wish to attend the party, you may choose our regular dinner menu instead.
