Supervised sauna infusions at Mountain SPA

Especially popular are the supervised sauna infusions and scrubs, such as a refreshing eucalyptus spruce infusion, a GOOD LIFE green apple infusion, a menthol respiratory infusion or a salt scrub with a massage and feel-good effect. Our sauna masters Hans & Reinhard will give you lots of tips for the right sauna.

Here you can expect moderate temperatures between 55 and 65 °C at medium humidity.

With very high humidity, enriched by various aromatic oils. This high humidity is particularly beneficial to the airways and leads to a pleasant general feeling

With 'Salzburger Schnürlregen' (heavy constant rain), water curtain with summer meadow fragrance, unique Kneipp bucket shower with lukewarm rain from above, foot - and toe massage - the little Good Life surprise and individual showers.
