Do you have a talent for sales and expertise from aperitif to digestif? Then you are exactly right with us! We are looking for a Chef de Rang for our Michelin-starred restaurant "Dahoam." JRE Andreas Herbst and his young Good Life Kitchen Team stand for passion, diversity, and attention to detail—earning multiple prestigious awards, including a Michelin Star, a Green Michelin Star, and 4 Gault & Millau toques.
- You independently organise your station, from mise en place to billing.
- You are motivated and work diligently as part of our team.
- Your expertise in fine dining impresses guests and helps you provide excellent advice on beverage and wine selection.
- You play a supportive role for our sommelier and have strong wine knowledge.
- As a sales talent, you are confident from aperitif to digestif.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge with commis, apprentices, and interns.
- Your fluency in German is convincing when giving advice.
