Richard Rauch is one of the best-known figures among Austria’s culinary elite. Through appearances on Kitchen Impossible, Silvia kocht, Die Küchenschlacht and many other programmes, this established chef has made a name for himself.

Back in 2022, at the very first edition of our annual “Herbstfreunde” event, we had the pleasure of welcoming Richard as a guest chef at the Riederalm.

It is an honour for us to welcome Richard Rauch back to our gourmet restaurant “dahoam”. Together with Andreas Herbst, he invites you to an exclusive four-hands dinner.

On 14th of July 2026, the ‘dahoam’ gourmet restaurant in Leogang will be transformed into an extraordinary dining venue.
A personal get-together with the two Michelin-starred chefs over Pol Roger champagne and welcome canapés will kick off the event. The highlight is the 6-course gourmet menu. Richard Rauch and Andreas Herbst have each created three courses with great attention to detail. You can look forward to discovering which culinary delights will be served!

Shared enjoyment
The focus of the evening is on shared experiences, inspiring conversations and personal interaction with the celebrity chefs.

What makes this event special is that guests are seated together at the tables to create an open, personal and enjoyable atmosphere. Reservations can be made for individuals, couples or small groups.
